Welcome to the Kentucky CUPA-HR website.  Kentucky CUPA-HR is the Kentucky state chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.      

     Founded more than 50 years ago, CUPA-HR serves more than 6,300 human resource (HR) administrators at nearly 1,600 colleges and universities as well as others interested in the advancement of human resources in higher education, including students and HR service providers. Committed to promoting the effective management and development of human resources in higher education, CUPA-HR offers many professional development opportunities.

     Kentucky CUPA-HR represents both public and private institutions of higher education within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the membership is made up of human resources professionals from many of these state institutions.  State meetings are held each year in the Spring and Fall at various locations around Kentucky.
